This page is called from Fields.htm, when client selects Structure field type search with HTML session. It contains radio buttons to select type of search - exact structure, substructure or similar.

The next checkboxes and radiobuttons controls Substructure search:
Charge sensitivity - atomic charges are not taken into consideration with blank Charge box, or vice versa
Isotope sensitivity - the same as above, but for isotopic masses
Semipolar bond - is it equal double with blank box, or unique contrary

Stereo search radiobuttons:
Ignore - stereobonds are treated as single
Replace - search for exact and reverse (all Up bonds becomes Down and contrary) configuration
Exact

Two edit controls From(%) and To(%) are used in similarity search to define percentage of structures similarity. 100% corresponds exact matching, 0% - total mismatching.  Checkbox Sort by similarity is used to sort records found in descendent order.

Multiline text control: it is assumed that a Structure Editor is located at client place. The one of the structure text file (MOL, JCAMP or SMD) should be placed there. For example open structure file in Notepad and copy it into clipboard. Then click bright button on text area and execute Paste command.

Clic Submit button to start search. Navigator page with entries retrieved will be arisen.
